TOP TEN ESSENTIAL OILS

  1. Lavender: The calming essential oil. Used for peaceful sleep, and any kind of calming in general. Apply 1-2 drops of lavender to the temples, or diffuse aromatically to help ease tensions. A drop can also be used to soothe minor skin irritations, burns. Helps the skin recover faster and takes the sting away.
  2. Peppermint: Has a variety of uses. It is a natural energy booster. Peppermint promotes healthy respiratory functions, clear breathing. Rub some on your chest or simply use aromatically. A drop of peppermint can be added to a glass of water for occasional stomach upset. Also great when you have an occasional ache, you can rub Peppermint on that area. It also is effective for head tension.
  3. Frankincense: The King of all Oils. Many uses, including helping build a healthy immune system. Also great for relaxing, calming anxious feelings and boost mood. It will promote cellular functions, and is wonderful for the skin. Just rub a drop on the back of your neck each morning. This simple routine can also give you peace and relaxation.
  4. Breathe: A blend of several essential oils, it is what it says….BREATHE. Help assist in breathing and maintaining clear airways. It also helps cut down on seasonal threats, and can relieve some of those discomforts. Add some to a diffuser or a drop to your chest and back.
  5. Melaleuca: Commonly known as Tea Tree Oil. It is very soothing and loved by many. It is used for its cleansing properties, soothing and rejuvenating effects on the skin. Several products contain this essential oil to help with many skin issues. Melaleuca also helps keep the air clean and protect against environmental threats.
  6. DigestZen: A blend of essential oils to support your digestive system. Sooths occasional stomach upset, nausea and helps support a healthy gut. Rub a drop or two on your stomach, add to a glass of water or put a drop under your tongue.
  7. Deep Blue: This essential oil is actually blue! It is formulated to assist in soothing sore muscles, and achy joints. The essential oil is great for pre and post workouts, there is a comforting sensation of cooling and warmth. This also supports healthy circulation to our muscles and joints.
  8. Oregano: Yes. The herb in OIL form. It is a wonderful and powerful cleansing agent. It has immune boosting benefits and is an excellent source of antioxidants. It also helps support healthy digestion and respiratory function. It also can be used for cooking in small amounts, use toothpick method.
  9. Lemon: This is one of my favorite essential oils. We use a lot of it in the kitchen. It is a great cleansing agent. Both to the body and to our environment. It supports the urinary tract system, and can also be used internally. Use in your diffuser to cleanse and purify the air. Use on surfaces to cleanse and purify. Great for a mood booster, and nice for irritated throats in hot water.
  10. On Guard: This special blend of essential oils creates Christmas in a bottle. It is packed with immune boosting properties, you can use daily to keep your family healthy. Rub a couple of drops to the bottoms of your feet each day. In our home this is a must during the school season. We had perfect attendance on year in our home with both kids! Now that was a testimony.
